Since when do you work with Olmero?
We have been working with Olmero since 2013. At that time, the total contractor of a project set the platform as a prerequisite. 

How was the work with such a platform? 
We have worked with such platforms before and had to learn each time anew. The fact that many different platforms are used is often a reservation of specialist planners. We did not know the version status* at Olmero so far.
*Each plan gets its own history and only the plan with the highest index is displayed. The outdated plan statuses are in the background.

In the meantime, you use our platform regularly. How did you integrate Olmero into your processes?
Since we work according to ISO certifications, we use the platform to ensure the dispatch processes of plans and documents. Before working with Olmero, we used an Excel spreadsheet in which each employee had to manually enter which plans were sent to whom and in what numbers. We wanted to optimise this process and were therefore looking for a system with a central document storage. In addition, it is very convenient for us that we can have the plans plotted by Olmero right away.

Where do you see the disadvantages of working without a project platform?
In a previous project, a decision was initially made not to use a platform. This decision was thrown overboard relatively quickly and a platform was nevertheless used. Without a platform, the entire process is made more difficult because there is simply no overview of who has sent what plans to whom, whether old plan statuses have been sent or all mails have arrived.

How do you use the platform? 
For our internal projects, we always use the Olmero platform, whereby we use it primarily for the dispatch of plans. In most external projects we can help determine which platform is used.

Which factors convinced you of Olmero?
After the first assignment, we sat down with our customer consultant Klara Horvath and developed a concept for the so-called meta data*. It was shown to us that we can replace our Excel system through the traceability of dispatching plans on the platform. 
When we also received positive feedback from our employees, we started with our own projects.
*Meta data are properties of a plan such as subject area, level, construction phase, status, etc.

What makes the use of a Project Platform successful?
In my opinion, a Project Platform is only successful if it is used. It is only used if it is easy to operate. At Olmero, not everything is always easy, but a solution can be found quickly through a discussion in the team and thus ambiguities can be avoided.

Each project uses metadata, which is selected when a new plan is uploaded. Which ones are in use at your company?
We work with the metadata "subject area", "index" and "plan type". We have configured these individually to our needs and can adapt or extend them as required for each individual project. For the most part, we work with the same meta data system to keep the input streamlined and to save employees from having to fill in unnecessary input. A recurring system also means that fewer errors occur.

To what extent do you use Olmero as a controlling instrument?
We also use Olmero to track when a plan was uploaded and to whom it was sent. Access to the system from any device is also very convenient. For example, if you are in a meeting and someone needs a plan, I can send it directly with my laptop or tablet via the platform.

Have you already worked with other Olmero products?
For one project, we were commissioned by the total contractor to arrange the defect management. When checking everything on the construction site, we were able to directly record pending issues and photos with the Olmero app and sent them immediately. This made the process very efficient.

What is your experience with the Olmero Repro Service?
Plans that go to third parties or own plans for which we do not have time to plot them ourselves, are printed and sent by Olmero's Repro Service. We also order large plan quantities directly via the platform. If we order the plans in the morning, we get them delivered the same day by courier.
